i have a square of Lindt dark 90% chocolate now and then to keep away the chocolate cravings

i include shelled hemp seed into alot of things for some added protien goes well in smoothies,soups, yoghurts even my porrage

yep its completeing it doesnt matter how long it takes , this has made mine and my daughters walks all the more fun , we love seeing how far we have got :bigsmile:

we stopped and camped a while south of the Midgewater Marshes.both me and emmawilllose then decided to push on, today theres been some strong winds and lots of rain :grumble: we did moan a little about the weather but we carried on and got very very wet 154 miles complete we carry on east

emmawilllose and myself continue to walk even though the morning are now very cold and damp 137 miles done:smile: , we can see that the Marshes to the north are now closer to the road.we make camp and rest .:yawn:

i walk as much as i can when i can and so far so good :)

i think when you lower your calories the 1st few weeks alot of ppl get big losses (i did) then it slows to a steady healthy smaller loss

i am lucky i have my daughter who lives next door to me and she is on the same journey as me we help and surport eachother

i do everything the same week in week out eat healthy as i can (think i do ok ) and walk lots i usally loose a pound or 2 but there has been the odd week where theres no change , i think its just something that happens no real reason for it , dont let this dishearten you your prob find most of us have them no loss weeks…

sad:cry: to see just me and my daughter are on this journey, a few ppl started but seem to have gotten lost along the way i will continue till the end maybe it helps having my daughter to walk with we both want to see it through :happy:

emmawilllose and I continue east-southeast.The road runs gently downhill.which is much better than uphill as we have tired legs :tongue: 122.5 miles completed so far :happy:

another cold but sunny day, we walked a little and then after a breif rest:yawn: we continued along the road heading East-Southeast 115 miles emmawilllose and I have now completed :bigsmile:

111 miles :bigsmile: we can just see the Midgewater Marshes off to the northeast.. a great days walking emmawilllose and i pushed ourselves today to walk more was a great day for it cold but sunny :bigsmile:

use to be a snacker and binge eater till i changed my eating habits and after a while my tastes changed , i no longer craved junk i think about the foods and plan what i will eat for the day and look forward to my meals i still have treats but always allow for them its taken a while to change how i eat but i am happy to…

having had to go back to work has made you burn more cals than you would have done if u had stayed at home i maybe totaly wrong but if your hungry i think you should eat something if i am hungry before i go to bed i will have a light snack just enough to keep the rumbles away i cant sleep if i am hungry and that wouldnt be…

i walk and walk started with 20 mins a day most days now some days its 7 miles i walk will increase it again soon i watch what i eat and walk and have lost 27 lb since 10th august

you could try eating, dont mean to be rude or blunt but if you have listed everything you eat then i am amazed you havnt passed out , some days your cal intake is super low( 800 ish) and u have burnt over a 1000 cals working out your not eating enough to keep healthy , even if you stayed in bed all day your not eating…

from things i have read i do beleive your body retains water to protect the muscles, i no idea how long this will go on for sorry i cant be of any more help i only know about what i read on MFP

ummmm i dont know , so far since changing my eating habits and taking more exercise i been lucky enough not to have been ill :bigsmile: But i would have thought if you feel able to eat then do and try keep it healthy soup is always good but if you feel unable to eat then try drink lots

my cals are set at 1250 if i eat 1201 its fine but if i eat 1199 it says i am not eating enough this seems to be because i at 1 cal under the 1200 so to be constantly told your not eating enough maybe its because your eating less than 1200 the lowest that u should go

i am a vegetarian my diary is open feel free to take a peek , i use to eat ready prepared vege food but with the help of internet have found and tweeked a few recipes and started making my own things, been a vegetarian for 6 years now and i'm still learning

kids love to cook maybe let her share in the cooking with you a dish thats nice but healthy that you will eat along with her my kids been grown up along time but my grankids love to cook and will rarely not eat what they have helped to prepare
