i only log my walks that i have been doing since after i started my diet i dont log anything that i always been doing such as walking to the shops or any housework

At last me an emmawilllose have reached Brandywine Bridge, and had us a nice rest and a bite to eat at the Bridge Inn before Continueing our journey we now done 46.5 miles

i stopped using all soy foods and drinks after my thyroid gland started to fail tried almond milk after reading on here how nice it was ,tried it loved it ,:drinker: deff going to try oat milk along with lots other things that ppl have that i have never tried

i dont have a smartphone to log my food as i eat it i gotta be at home with laptop, i try log my breakfast befor i go out then i got a small pad paper and a pen to jot down all i have when i'm out , i update the diary when i come home while i cook dinner its such an important part of my weightloss work shows me where my…

eating 3 meals aday stopped me from snacking on junk + started walking started at a small walk few times a week then upped it to 2 miles every day and just recently upped it again to 3 miles aday

we now at 41 miles with my sore knee and emmawilllose has a clicking hip but we still go on , we will make it to the Brandywine Bridge we will , then we can rest a while :happy:

i love and hate weigh in days, i do get dissapointed if there is no change but carry on doing what im doing and usally the following week there is a loss if i have eaten well i dont worry to much if it the same but if i have eaten bad that week it gives me a kick up the behind and i am thankfull i didnt gain and try harder…

A very cold crisp morning with a strong wind, at last we see the trees of Woody End we finally camp and:yawn: rest , then me and emmawilllose eat a hearty bowl of steaming oats and blueberrys then head of again still heading East 35 miles done so far, loads more to go :smile:

from 1 up to 5 glasses alot the time 2 or 3 sometimes more not as much as i should

31 miles complete a wet cold day emmawilllose is rarther wet :ohwell: me i am smiling :happy: as i have her umbrella :laugh: tomorrow all being well we can rest as we should reach the south. Camp.

me and emmawilllose arrived at Frogmorton. this morning and had a quick rest at The Floating Log. then continued east along the road another 6 miles done today a loverly sunny day but was rarther cold 28 miles done in total :happy:
