Continueing east on the Road another 2 miles done now 20 miles into our jouney poor emmawilllose had a big slimmy slug some how jump into her boot but on a bright note the sun is out :)

dont worry to much when i 1st cut down on my cals i lost 7 Ib in the 1st week then 3 lbs the next now its slowed to a steady 1 lb or some times 2lb a week

i dont do daily treats so much now but still have my treats , but to start with i did allow myself daily treats this seem to help stop the binging but as i started t loose weight the treats became less ,last time i tried to loose weight i think i was way to stricked with myself and didnt allow any treats this lead to some…

dont it shrink ?? i use to eat meals 3 or more times the size i do now i was hungry to start with but now i full on much less and stay full longer i can no longer eat a big portion on food so how come if it isnt my smaller stomach

emmawilllose and myself have walked a further 6.5 miles In the rain i might add :happy: and now we are 14 miles in to our journey we have past the camp and we are now continuing east along the road

dont give up i walk as my exercise i tryed a few years back to loose weight with mad workouts and i gave up but this time all i do is walk and its working well

i go over sometimes and somedays i dont think i eat so good even though i didnt go over , but keeping the diary is helping me learn about healthy balanced meals and still have the odd yummy thing like on a monday Mondays are doughnut days :devil:
