i took a peek at your food diary and wow no wonder your so cold most days you are so below your daily target for cals and sometimes your barely getting half of your daily needs, if you dont give your body enough fuel it cant spare any to keep you warmer, going so very low on cals is going to make you ill you really need to…

i use to eat loads of peanut butter years ago but wasnt untill i joined MFP and seen so many ppl eating it that i decided to buy a jar and yes still as yummy as i rememberd but dont have it to often mainly because of the cals in it but its a good way to top up the protien if u dont eat enough in the day

my cheat days are bad days where i havnt counted cals:devil: so havnt logged them i have had 6 bad days in the 34 days i been here :cry: but am trying not to have another bad day havnt had one in a whole week so far , i dont class eating something yummy as cheating if i log it and stay with in my cal allowance

i walk as my exercise i try not to eat back my exercise cals but it allows me to have the odd treat :devil: i dont use protein shakes i just try to eat right to gain the protien that way , prob more need for these shakes if you work out hard but i dont realy know

i am not one of lifes planners i may decide in the morn what to have for the days meals but can easaly change me mind by the time i open the fridge

have you tried rough oatmeal cakes great topped with either a bit of low sugar jam or maybe a little dollop of peanutbutter

dont be so hard on yourself there are so many of us that have a few mad days and eat all them foods that got us in the mess in the 1st place myself inclueded , put it behind you and continue with your healthy eating habits 3lb isnt much damage and will go again , you have done so well so far and you can continue doing well

i weigh my self on a friday morning around 8 am before breakfast

i also find little time for exercise but do try and find time for a walk most days ,Although i am very busy in other ways aswell as my own house and garden to keep sorted i also look after my folks cleaning there house and keeping there rarther large garden in order so rly i get a fair bit of exercise :smile:
