You may want to True Lime, if you can find it. They are powdered, calorie free, and contain stevia, so no scary chemicals. I don't use them myself, but my husband loves them. :)

Clam chowder (the healthy variety is only 240 calories per can), 10 saltine crackers, and one Torrone (Italian almond nougat candy) left over from the holidays. :smile:

I would say it is absolutely possible. I had been the same weight (within 5 pounds either direction) for over 15 years. I am just beginning an exercise routine, and I have not changed my food intake dramatically since starting MFP. I think I am actually eating more now than I used to eat. I am fairly certain it is the…
