My friend has the same problem, she calls it her "blump" :P And too be honest I think she's gorgeous. A little bit of belly fat is a good thing IMO so I wouldn't get too hung up on it. I mean if you're uncomfortable with it then yeah belly dancing might be a good thing but judging from your pic you look great already :)…

I regularly eat below 1200 calories a day (maybe 4 or 5 days of the week) and I have and continue to lose weight. That being said I always get a daily work out and have a moderately demanding job in terms of physical activity. I know it's been said a 1000 times so i'll be 1001st person to say it but it's what works for you…

Cotton Catching a finger nail on cotton just makes me cringe and that's what I think of when I hear the word. Oh and the phrase "At the end of the day" 'Cus at the end of the day using that phrase indicates you're probably considered scum even on the estate you live on.

I honestly thought when I first saw the title of this post your were referring to Her Royal Majesty! :P

I tried it but it just didn't work for me. I found myself wanting things that weren't allocated for that day so gave up. Unless you are severely pushed for time everyday or are just a super organised person I don't see how planning meals in advance will help. You can't know what you feel like eating a week in advance. I…

I love how tanks and missiles and guns have killed millions of people but scales will always be the most hated piece of machinery to most people :P

It is rather ironic that she was telling the ladies to stop speaking in their native language just because it isn't native to the USA whilst telling them to speak English...Yeah because English totally doesn't originate from another country in a different continent across a massive ocean :P

Depends which mirror I look in :P Seriously the down stairs mirror in the hallway makes me look better and even though I only started losing on monday I caught my reflection in the kitchen window earlier and thought I actually looked pretty good, at least not as bad as I thought I did. But then the upstairs mirror is a…

Absolutely! I'm 20 so I spend most weekends necking booze and it's gonna be the hardest thing for me to give up. But I know I need to undo all the damage i've caused my body through alcohol as I daresay it's a big if not the biggest factor in my weight gain this year. But yes I do sorely miss it. Beer, red wine, V&C,…

Cracking show :P Prefer David Tennant's doctor to Matt Smith's but still an amazing show!

This seems to be a common thing. My dad is exactly the same and keeps trying to get me to eat unhealthily and eat whatever rubbish he does and yeah it does sometimes leave you feeling really down. I can't explain why people who are close to you and should be supporting you seem to do things like this when you're losing…

There's a really strict tabboo on disciplining other peoples children or children not in your care. I think when you don't know the child or the person looking after them it's even more of a social tabboo to get involved. I personally wouldn't have because as much as I bloody hate disobediant children I hate confrontation…

I cannot explain how much I want to feel like this :P The only thing stopping me from diving into the packs of biscuits in the cupboard is the desire to reach my goal and because I don't wanna have to go through this all over again! I'm just hoping one day eating and living healthily will become routine and something I…

I've done the whole off and on again thing so many times so I know what it's like. This time though i'm going to use that to keep me motivated. I know what it's like to lose weight them slump back into your old routine and put it all back on again. The frustration, the somewhat self loathing for undoing all your hard work…

I could definitely use some short term goals to help me reach my target so count me in! My long term goal is to go down from 218lbs to 160lbs by christmas eve so a challenge in the final push would be great for me. I know 58lbs in 16 weeks might be a bit ambitious but i'll be happy to get below 180 and i'll handle the rest…

But a house key can easily be lost I mean we've all done it but how do you misplace your vagina?

This thread has taken a very strange turn :P

But if the male koala doesn't have two penis's then it's kinda wasted unless he rents the spare one out or something.

As someone who lost 60lbs, went down to a normal weight and then piled it back on I understand the frustration. I'm hoping what's going to stop me doing it again once I get the weight back off is remembering how gutted I was and how dissapointed and frustrated I was when I realised I had gone back to how I was. I'm also…

I agree, i've only used it for the past 2 days since I started but it's actually really handy to keep track of how you're doing and is good for tracking your progress. If you're struggling to lose weight or if you start to struggle then looking back through your food diary could help you see where changes could be made. As…

I was popping into Argos tomorrow anyway to pick up an exercise step so i'll have a look see if I can find anything. Thanks! :)

The point I raised with him was that if you went off to a poverty stricken area of Kenya or Ethiopia you are not going to find a single "naturally fat" person. I think he's just not understood that yes you can have people that are naturally tall or naturally have a wide frame but that is not the same as fat or being…

Hey no worries, thanks for the advice and good luck to ya :)

I was on a date with a guy in february. I think he was a bit surprised when we met 'cus I had put on a bit of weight since the pics on my profile were took (not an awful lot just like 10-20lbs) but for a skinny buggar like him it might have well been 100lbs. We went to a coffee shop and all he had was a bottle of water…
