I understanding the seasonal craving thing ... Here in Florida it's mangos & watermelon for me. Very difficult to obstain or limit what I crave. Do you have a daily carb goal? A medium (3.5 oz) Gala or Fuji has 55 mg carbs. OUCH! Can you eat 1/2 of one several times a day WITH meals ... Would that do it?

I've returned to the garden with a vengence. (diggin' this cold front ... LITERALLY!) I'm starting a very low impact Jazzersize next week - hope the feet and knees can endure for a few classes. Post weigh in today I'm down 5 with 5 to go by Halloween.

Hate it when that happens ... being obsessed with macros/exercise all week and then BOOM! only to begin again on Sunday or Monday. GRRR! The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.:grumble:

I pre-plan in the morning ... feels like a mini-contract with myself to remain on track. If I'm eating out ... I search the menu on line and kinda pre-plan what I want to eat adjusting my other meals to accomodate.
