I'm at a 19lb loss so far. My posture is better. My parents can see I've lost weight when I'm walking. I guess I just carry myself different with less weight on me. My jeans are baggy, large shirts are now baggy, I feel like I move faster (reflex wise).

There are 3 different routines. Classic, Lean, Doubles. I'm doing classic. If you want a longer workout, you could always do doubles. I do a lot of other things when the weather is nice.
