can anyone participate?

Love it!! My dog keeps me in line by waking me up and whining if I don't get up for our morning walk. Thanks to her I walk at least an hour almost every morning.

maybe make inside out peppers....same concept as stuffed but cut up the peppers into smaller pieces and mix with the beef mixture...can saute the peppers first and make it like a skillet meal......love your signature....I have that saying posted everywhere!!

I did keto for awhile and if I wasn't addicted to Dunkin Donuts coffee I would have stayed on it. I lost weight and had tons of energy with no cravings. But I have heard it's not for everyone. My brother tried it and said he looked and felt like crap.

I may be able to help if you can tell me the exact drink name

Keep in mind proper weight loss is a marathon not a sprint. Going slow and steady is the way to get to your goal. If you are looking at a scale you could also trying taking pictures monthly to track your progress and measuring yourself to track inches lost instead of pounds. You can do it!

Try a foam roller.
-
I'm in!! That will get me really close to my goal and hopefully I'll fit into my Halloween costume  We can do this!!
-
**BUMP** I could use help here too....seems I'm losing weight everywhere but there

Hi! I had this same issue. I am 5'5" and I weighted about 210. I was eating around 1300-1400 cals per day and I workout regularly. I was stuck and the weight just wasn't coming off. I upped my intake (after alot of protest) and now the weight seems to be falling off I am down about 25 lbs and I have lost at least 8 inches…

Like Tony says...Do your best and forget the rest!!! Get up and start usually that's enough to get you through it. I tell myself I'll just do 1/2 and always end up finishing.
-
H! Welcome! You can do it!

without being able to see your logs not sure if this is true for you but you may need to eat more....the more you exercise the more calories you need. I originally was eating way under what I should have been eating and when I finally gave in and increased my intake the weight is falling off.

I log what I plan to eat at the beginning of the day. I find that it helps keep me on track and takes the stress out of trying to figure it out as I go. I do go back at night or the next morning and make adjustments if necessary. I find it much easier to make healthy choices when I plan ahead.
