  • I eat just fine LOL. I am not looking for proana tips or anything, just for those low cal foods you can snack on when you are pushing your calorie max.
  • OK so 3 posts people felt the need to point out a difference of a few calories. I apologize for using the word zero. The positivity is killing me. Thanks for those who understood what I was getting at.
  • Use zero calorie foods and fill up on them Dill Pickles Salsa Veggies. Eat 4-6 200-300 small meals through the day instead of starving to get to a meal. Best of luck :)
