Well the first week is done. The good part was No beer No pop No McDonalds No sweet smoothies No chips No ice cream No coffee and Tim bits My weigh in time is at the end of the day. I’m determined still to lose 10 pounds by the end of this month. Keep it going 👍

I’m back again Started in 2014 My goal is to loose 10 pounds by the end of July, and see how this goes. I’m 212 now My plan is to drink more water and cut the smoothies out.

I believe it depends on your weight and activity right now 😁 I have mine set at 2 lbs per week And it’s been working for two months now. I’m set at 1500 a day
