Only Day 4 But
It’s day 4 for me today Here’s a few things I didn’t do. Eat or buy any pizza… I use to eat a whole frozen pizza at once. No Pepsi and BBQ chips. Eating just 1 sandwich instead of 2 And useing ham instead of salami. My next goal is to figure out how to make a stir fry, And pick up some wraps to use instead of bread. I plan…

I’m going to stop buying bread
I just made 2 nice veggie wraps for lunch 90 calories each for the wrap by itself My whole wheat bread is 180 calories a slice! The wraps seem to last longer And bread is pretty well stale in 1 week. Have you ditched the bread as well?

My Shopping List

Pomegranate Juice
My new drink in the more is a juice called Just Pomegranate I did some reading on the benefits and I was impressed During the day I will mix it with ice water. Another one I just discoverd is cranberry juice mixed with ice and Perrier , it’s very refreshing. Do you have a favorite drink that you love? Cheers Dan

I’m on a Mediterranean Diet
Day 4 on my new diet. I’m at 208 lbs, No more fast food for this old cat Lots of grapes, cherries, Melba toast instead of regular bread. I’m hoping this will get a few pounds off me. Anyone else on this kind of diet? I’m trying to keep the meals simple .

For Breakfast Or A Snack

Not even a week on MFP and 5 full Pounds are gone
I jumped on the scale yesterday and was amazed that I'm down 5 lbs already. Maybe its just water loss, I'm not sure, but I'm actuly feally lighter, and i'm thinking sharper.
