Looks like this got knocked off the front pretty quickly because I got a few replies when I did a similar topic.

Not exactly what you were asking but ...

  • When I was eating more than three times a day I had this same problem. Can't exactly carry a chicken breast around with you, right? Honestly, eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner keeps me full, but more importantly keeps my mind off of food. That being said, I usually carried a shaker bottle and some whey, nonfat string cheese is good, cottage cheese, beef jerky, and whole grain bagels. I never found a bar with good macros. Satiety of whey is poor, but it's a good protein boost.

peanut butter + apple is great but puts me over on fat sometimes so PB2
    parmaham + melon
    cottage cheese + berries
try using just a wee drop milk instead of the usual amount in chocolate protein - microwaving then chilling - makes a nice mousse
    coffee made with vanilla shake
    nuts :)
    snickers (4g protein ;))
