lifting gloves just get in the way. you will build up callouses and you wont need gloves.

i got the one at GNC cause it was on sale and only $40 and i think it gets a decent amount of juice out of the fruits i put into it. it is really strong too.

I have noticed the same and i think its more likely due to your sugar/salt intake than it is processed foods. just my opinion though.

I had close to 5000 calories last saturday and now im back to my weight before. It went up 4 lbs. after which is a lot for me, but went back down. I burn much more lifting weights also, or maybe its just the fact that i have more muscle and that helps me burn more throughout the day. Not sure, but i can do no cardio as long as im lifting and i continue to lose weight.

there are some people that do NO exercise that can possibly live on 1200 calories but why would you do this when you can lose the same if not more on a 1400+ calorie diet?

i was recommended to eat 1200 but am eating around 1700-1800 now while still losing weight. When i ate at 1200 i was always hungry, so now i try to eat 6 meals a day at 400, 150, 400, 150, 400, 150 calories.

our halloween was changed to saturday because of the storm, so havent had trick or treating yet, but i got pretzels to hand out so i didnt eat any candy :-) just had a fit and active ice cream sandwich last night :-)

i love my gym because the regulars are like a family and the "meatheads" as many would like to call them are actually pretty smart and know what they are doing. everyone pretty much helps each other out and the girlds coming in there that dress pretty and dont actually do any real work kinda get "snickered" at, lol.

try to change their taste buds early. at least try to find a local sandwich shop or homeade restaurant that your kids will like. even eating the same foods at other restaurants will be better for them. If you keep eating at mcdonalds, your kids will get used to eating high salt foods and thats bad for their little hearts!

I am at about 1600-1700 a day and i am losing better than i was on 1200 like MFP suggested. He is right about the healthy metabolism aspect too.

4k is not that difficult. my stomach is small but i managed to do it pretty easily. just a lot of food. and alcohol. 1 shot of my moonshine is 200 cals. so that helps.

The tuna salad used to be my favorite but it is one of the worst sandwiches for you there. too much regular mayo. I love their egg whites with bacon, though.

sometimes they have wheat english muffins. usually i get the honey oat and only eat the bottom half of the bread.
