veggies sparking when reheated in microwave?
anyone have this problem? i just did with carrots and squash and i only put pepper on them so why would they spark? is there metal in my veggies?!

Knee pain
I have some knee pain in my left knee. Had an x-ray and no problems there. Doctor says its arthritis. whole grains
I don't think i am getting enough whole grains in my diet since i am trying to not eat a lot of bread to keep out the excess sugar and calories (i don't really enjoy bread). I have oatmeal once in a while also, but what are some low calorie/sugar whole grain options for me?

I don't like to eat out since it usually includes many unnecessary calories and WAY too much salt.
