yep, do what YOU want! Your wedding is not something that you should ever regret. My husband and I went to maui for ours despite not everyone else being able to join. We just had our parents and one of my brothers with us. Not everyone could make it but it wasnt about them-it was about US!

ya, this drives me crazy. there is one person at my gym that fixes her hair for 20minutes before she trains with her trainer, lol.

There are 2 newbie chicks at my gym that wear matching outfits (overly tight pants and revealing tops) and have matching pink and black hair. They will soon see that this is not the gym for them. Mostly everyone at my gym actually does work.

cauliflower is the worst for me but i love it! you should not eat them by themselves if you can help it. have them with other food and they likely wont bother you as much.

yep! Olive oil is much better for you and it cuts down on carb cravings too! I usually just steam mine though in water and add a little pepper to them.

Frozen veggies! your plate should be half full of veggies and the frozen ones are quick and inexpensive usually. just try to get the ones that have no added sauces, sugars, etc. if you buy them frozen, they use a special process to freeze them so that they hold in all of their nutrients.

i wouldnt keep eating if you are full. I only eat more frequent smaller meals because i am eating a diet that does not keep me full for long periods of time.

i always keep cut up squash since i love it and you can pretty much eat a whole squash if you want to at any time. i just microwave it in my steamer bowl. also celery and hummus.
