I had to give up my caribou white hot chocolate. Its only 530 calories i think but still not worth it.

its fairly accurate for me but i have a lot of muscle mass so its likely high for some people.

Try my recipe thats on my profile with honey instead of mayo. it is AMAZING! or just mix it with a small amount of honey on its own and its also really yummy!

i made the muffins that are pretty much the same thing and they were really good!

you definetly do not need cardio ONLY exercises to lose weight. But you are also getting cardio workouts from lifting weights. I always am sure to do the weightlifting first, then cardio only if i have extra time.

Yes that makes sense. But for me it is a family affair, so i am spending more time with the parents than i would otherwise. Plus, i dont spend much anyway. I just like to be up all night for a change and i like to watch all the craziness. And eat and park's breakfast buffet at 3am it totally worth it!

i go every year at 10pm thanksgiving. its an adventure! its only gridlock in the parking lots since everyone goes to stand in lines super early. the best way to have fun with it though is to not want anything specific...just go and see what you find! its too stressful to try and fight others for something u want.

you are supposed to stay just under the goal, however they recommended 1200 for me and i am losing weight at 1700 or more, so you have to test it to see what works for you. Also, if you exercise and add that to your diary, your daily calorie allowance goes up. In other words, they start pretty much everyone off at 1200…

save it for just before bed that way you wont want to get out of bed to go eat more. works for me :-)

I have also read on MFP that this isnt true. Its kinda difficult to find the truth on MFP. thats why i just do what works for me.

a trainer i had a while back said that you dont benefit as much from the protein when you eat it in a sugary substance such as milk. I am not sure why this is, but I have heard that you shouldn't mix protein with milk, you should use water instead so this may have something to do with it. I dont follow this since i dont…
