Ya, no a doughnut is not equal to a sugary cereal. there are still SOME vitamins in cereals. and with the doughnut you will be hungrier faster afterwards. take it from me...you have to give up the doughnuts at least not every day.

i make my own pancakes and waffles on the weekend and freeze them. I add protein to them, use no sugar or butter in them, and use only egg whites. they still taste awesome to me! I have calculated mine to be only about 70-80 calories each the way i do them. also, if you like peanut butter use that instead of butter.

I haven't eaten at mcdonalds, burger king, wendys, etc. for over 2 years now. i do lunges in the bathroom from time to time. usually to warm myself up because its cold where i work. ha ha. dont think theres much you can do while sitting down though.

ya i think about food all of the time. i eat around 2000 calories a day but i spread it out because i dont like to stuff myself at one meal. but i think if you eat healthy foods, and plan you meals the day before, this actually helps you to stay on track. at least it does me.

this is what i did also and my levels went back to normal. Also I eat less red meat and more turkey and chicken. i think that an no more mcdonalds or fast food did it for me.

I tried this over the weekend and i am addicted! it is sooo good and much better than drinking the protein. you have to use some good tasting protein though :-) I also added a bit more water to make it softer. Also, it covers my chocolate cravings.

they are probably not considered "clean" if you are referring to the eat clean diet, which i think thats what she is talking about. specifically because of the corn starch though perhaps.

ya, maybe with NO exercise you could pull of 1200 but i can't usually do it without exercising and eating around 1400 or more.

i have to disagree with the above statements on diet. Its more about lifting weights than diet unless you are like seriously eating bad or overeating and i don't think you would be asking this question if you were eating junk all the time and too much of it.

try green tea or for the really bad energy days, green tea pills. I use them on heavy workout days when i know i will need a lot of energy but i only take 1 pill and it seems to last me about 6 hours.

fruit does that to me. also, i have to have a lot of protein in the am. try to add some egg whites or even a spoon of peanut butter if you like that.

i think it also takes a while for the weight to come off, so if its a few days after your "good day" that is what is probably happening.

you have to eat some other foods with protein. not on an empty stomach!
