You should cut back on your excerise to 1-2hrs and eat more ! Try eating 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up.. Eventually u will burn out doing that much excerise a day and maybe what the guy said is true about MFP overestimating your calories burned for those activities ... I weigh twice a week every Monday and Friday but i log my weight in on Mondays on MFP.... I like weighing twice a week Monday is the start of a new week and Fridays right before the weekend

It could be normal for you, but techinically everyone is suppose to have a BM after every meal.. but 4 days is alittle too long atleast every other day .. You need to increase your water and fiber intake plus lots of veggies

Yes!!! Even though I've lost 39lbs when I look in the mirror I STILL SEE THE SAME BODY!!! I feel as those nothing as Changed even though my clothes are much looser , ppl telling me I've lost alot of weight , I'm still not satisfied I'm hoping when I reach my GW this will change
