I've recently ordered shakeology hoping to receive it sometime this week ... I'm really hoping this will help lose the last 12lbs... My weight has been fluctuating between 131-134lbs the last 3 months Annoyed I'm ready to get rid of these last 12lbs and go into maintenance .... Anyone get good results w/ shakeology ?

What's better Health Master or Vitamix
Im considering buying one of them but they seem similiar what's the difference? The only difference I see is the price the health master is $250 with S&H and the Vitamix ranges from $450-$650 with S&H Does anybody have a health master or vitamix? Please share your experience with either

Nutrition wise what do you have to eat to get abs? Everyone is always saying abs is 70% diet and 30% exercise....I've got the exercise down pact and I dnt think my diet is bad I'm vegetarian ... Any Pear Shaped women 5 ft 6 inches trying to lose weight?
Most of my weight is in hips and butt which is VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! I'm not one of those people who lose 10lbs and can drop a jean size :( just wondering if anyone has these same struggles as me. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like
