Any Pear Shaped women 5 ft 6 inches trying to lose weight?

Most of my weight is in hips and butt which is VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! I'm not one of those people who lose 10lbs and can drop a jean size :( just wondering if anyone has these same struggles as me. Feel free to add me as a friend if you like

    Not so pear shaped, I would consider that a blessing. I'm blessed with the muffin top. Joy. So I get the not dropping paint size. Even thou we are different shapes, it would be nice to have more friends.

    That's definitely me! I'm 5'6" about 70 lbs overweight but I carry most of my weight in my thighs, hips and butt which helps to maintain somewhat of a shape... I guess it's a gift and a curse ; )

    Lol, yay, a club that has my name on it! 5'6" here, definitely a pear/hourglass shape. Always been smaller on top than I am on the bottom. Even as I lose weight (I've lost 60lbs so far), I've only lost 2 sizes on my bottoms, but I think I've lost a good 3-4 sizes on top.
