I dont have result pics to share, but i did this workout after having my baby and it was a greatworkout to tone up with mixed with cardio.
  • I was considering giving this one a try next week... I haven't lost in two weeks so I think it's time to mix up my workouts. How do you like it so far?

I just started this today. I bought it a year ago, but couldn't even get through the first sets on Circuit 1 because I was so out of shape at the time. I finished 30DS the other day and decided to give NMTZ another go. I easily made it through the entire video and was thinking "that wasn't so bad", and then I went upstairs to take a shower . . . OUCH! And then I raised my arms up over my head to wash my hair . . . DOUBLE OUCH!! I like this better than 30DS...Jillian isn't as loud and in your face with this video as she is with the other, so I don't find myself yelling at her and telling her to shut up while I'm working out. I'm only going to do it two days a week. I've read that you shouldn't do resistance training more than every other day and that 2-3 days a week is sufficient. I'll do this two, maybe three days a week and cardio 3-4 days a week. I've gained enough definition from 30DS (which I did every other day, not every day, so it was really 60DS) that I'm not too worried about getting ripped quick. I just want to tone. I did enjoy this video very much. It was fast paced and I was amazed at how quickly the 50 minutes flew by.
