Yep working nights is super hard especially on your off days you have to adjust to being back on normal schedule .. I work 7:30p- 8am ( most of the time I'm always leaving 1/2 to an hr later ) I'm a nurse so just because my hours are 7:30-8 doesn't mean I will be leaving on time... 1st attempt of phase 3-workout 9 wasn't as bad as workout 7 but I just couldn't get those dive bombers ...... Side burpees weird angle for me ..... Rock and roll yea my balance was off!!!! My 2nd time hopefully will be better !!!!

No dnt skip it .... It's recovery week but you still get a good calorie burn!!!! Your body needs a break from all the jumping and intense moves..... You will start to see weight drop in month 2 I had the same problems but I lost inches
