Beautiful!

I am in the exact same position as you! Since starting college, it's been difficult to watch what I'm eating and as a result, I gained back almost 15 pounds. I'm determined to get back to where I was before and go even further. We can do this!

I didn't tell a soul about trying to lose weight because I didn't want it all to blow up in my face. I had tried losing weight so many times before to no avail, so I knew that if I told people and I failed again, they would somehow feel disappointed or judge me. It wasn't until I lost nearly 40 pounds that people began…

I'm about to start my first year of college at Virginia Tech and am getting very nervous about balancing everything. Hopefully I won't fall into a pit and end up gaining a lot of weight!

I usually do even though it's painful to see. I think it helps me by making me learn from my mistakes.

You look amazing! Congratulations, all the hard work payed off!

Wow, you go girl!

I'm 5'9" At my highest weight (245 lbs), I wore tight size 18 jeans (really should've worn 20's) Now, (188 pounds) I'm wearing very tight size 12's and comfortable/slightly loose 14's (in American Eagle sizes) Hopefully one day I'll be able to wear a size 10 or *gasp* maybe even an 8! That would be crazy awesome!

Wow, this might just be the greatest thing ever. Thank you so much!

If you go to the Goals section under the My Home tab, click Change Goal and then hit customize, your husband should be able to change the calorie settings :)

You look beautiful and so happy! Congratulations on the success!

That is amazing news! Congratulations on the loss! Do you mind if I ask how much you weigh now and how tall you are? We just seem to have very similar body shape and progress and it would be awesome to have someone to compare myself to!

(I hope this works) These are my results from the 30DS. It was really difficult for me the first few days because I was so out of shape, but by the end I felt so much stronger. I actually loved it so much that I'm going through the program a second time. I'm on day 5 of level 1 right now. Don't give up! It'll all be worth…

I definitely consider that a good thing! Congratulations on the slim legs!

Wow, you look absolutely gorgeous! I have to say this definitely gives me hope. I've gotten myself to pretty much where you were in your before picture and if in the end I look half as lovely as you do now, I'll be one lucky gal! Congratulations and good luck on those last 5 pounds!

I don't have a cheat day because I know myself and I would go totally ballistic and eat everything in sight, but I do have a cheat snack almost every day. I will let myself eat a tablespoon of peanut butter or have a few chocolate chips or eat a brownie. It's the only way I can stay focused and stay sane throughout all of…

Hey there! I'm 5'9 as well. I started at 248 lbs in early September and today I'm 190 pounds. When I started I was wearing a size 18 (although I probably should've been in a 20) and I was wearing tight XL shirts. A few days before I started losing weight, I had bought my first 1X shirts, I think that's when I finally…

1. Anna 2. I've lost 52 pounds 3. I'd like to lose AT LEAST 36 more. 4. Something that I've struggled with is the scale. I've let it determine my success and I religiously get on every morning even though I know that there can't be any drastic changes in a day. When I get on the scale and see the number higher, I panic and…
