I love T25! For beginners, it's a good start. And if you already work out regularly, it's just a quick way to burn a few more additional calories. I love Insanity! I've been doing it for a while and no matter how many times I do it, I still feel like I got a good workout in. I'm on MFP daily, if you want go ahead and add me! I can provide support and/or answer questions if you'd like. T25 is also a good program if you're really busy. :)

I absolutely love Insanity! You don't even realize how long you're working out when you do it and you see results fast. Also, try using a Polar watch.. it tracks your heart rate as well as calories burned to make it a little easier to keep track of calories in/out. :)

You can go ahead and add me too :) I log every day and am really active. I not only personally workout (usually) twice a day, but also participate in Squadron PT within the military. Always great to have support.
