My suggestion would be to start eating... Take for example Thursday.. Your day consisted of eating a Slim Jim, BLT and a Swiss Roll.. you will not lose weight if you don't eat properly.. Have you tried coffee mate fat free creamers? I believe they are only 20 calories for a tablespoon, and I find that I don't need sugar if I buy the fat free brand.. don't get the sugar free brand.. YUK!! This may help with reducing your calories :)

OMG.. hitting 40 was awful for me and my lifestyle... I just wanted to crawl under a rock.. but for some reason 41, has turned over a new leaf for me.. I think it's because I've accepted getting old :laugh: but realized I can still look young with the right choices!
