Logging Spin - when Fitbit is linked to MFP
Is there anyone else out there that spins? I believe my fitbit may have tracked some movement while in my spin class today.. but calories burned was no where, where it should have been.. Should I also log spinning in MFP?

Fitbit vs MFP
I'm alittle confused.. I just linked the two together, and created a deficit of 500 calories with Fitbit.. Today Fit bit said I ate 1615 calories and burned 1807 calories.. definitely not close to a 500 deficit.. but then I move over to MFP and my net goal is 1200 calories - 1615 calories + 442 for exercise = 27 calories…

Cheat
I have been following a very strict diet lately.. Staying at 1200 calories, 135g Carbs, 140g Protein, 30g of Fat.. all this by eating very clean foods.. will it really harm my weight loss if I cheat and have lets say... 1 very yummy home made sticky bun? Need some suggestions for healthy family dinners, lately I'm finding myself cooking 2 separate dinners, one for him and kids, and one for me.. becoming very time consuming!! Would really appreciate some healthy filling dinners that I can pass off to the family as "not diet food" :wink:

Working Nights and Dieting
I'm having a hard time taking in my 1200 calories and keeping up with my protein levels while working the night shift.. does anyone have any suggestions? I'm just not hungry enough to eat.. I don't want my body to go into starvation mode..
