Does anyone know average calories burned for a 60 minute class of Body Pump?

    Heya - I'm 5'7" and I weigh 90 kgs (around 200 lbs, if that's how you roll), and I burn about 330-370 cals in an hour's class. I lift as heavy as I can - not quite able to complete all the reps in each track.

    Well not quite compared to yours.. I'm 5'4, 142lbs and used medium weights.. didn't overdue it.. but your numbers at least give me something to work with :)
