I'm the same,. i need maximum sleep and eat my breakfast in work. but an hour cycle before your breakfast might be a bit much, maybe try eat a bananan before you hop on your bike. it might give you an extra bit of energy. Then eat your bfast in work.

Tom Yam Ka soup... delish my favourite and so low fat. can be made from a tom yam thai paste and just throw what ever veg or meat you have and it its out of this world there is a tom yam that is clear without coconut milk, and a tom yam that is with coconut milk.

I think all my additional weight was caused by drinking. bottle of wine here, bottle of beer there. and it is all calories. I could easily drink my todal allocated calories in 1 day. BUT, my fitness pal highlights where you are eating drinking excessive calories. it does this to try and point you in the right direction.…

That is what happens when you go away with other people.. they can let you down, that is life. If you dont want to fall out with her, let it go. or try to meet up with her. have a level head discussion about it. If she flew off the handle calling names and the likes she may be stressed about something you dont know about.

I used to cook with cheese every day. I love cheese, But since I started this healthy lifestyle plan, I have 100% stopped cooking with cheese, and dont buy it for my house. I have seen this debated online before. One girl was dieting for months and was not loosing any weight because she was eating her burned calories. she got a personal trainer and he told her because she had so much fat stored in her body she had enough reserve energy to feed off and didnt need to use her burned calories.…

I dont think Jillian does enough cool down stretching. I'm on day 4, and if i had of known how painfull it would be i would have upped my streatching to avoid soreness, but also i think it will help give lean muscles instead of bulking up. i'll look online to see if there are any good streatching vids. thanks moo
