  • Tilapia fillets with salsa and black olives.......delish!!!! super easy, cover fish in salsa (as spicy or as mild as you like) sprinkle with olives (sliced) and bake, so easy...enjoy!
  • cabbage soup 1 head of cabbage chopped tin of white beans(drained) tin of kidney beans (drained) small tin tomato paste 2 large cans of diced tomatoes 2 cartons sodium reduced broth 4-6 cups water sliced or diced or shredded carrots put everything in the pot and cook cook cook......delish approx 65 cals a serve
