I don't think so because you can still have chicken, turkey breast, and ground turkey. I already sub beef with ground turkey as it is. I love fish and chicken as well. You can have whole grains and oatmeal/quinoa as well. It's basically just eating whole, clean foods.

I have been running more and hiking hills! Also doing yoga and more strength training, drinking lots of water and trying to eat a clean diet. I have started the Body by Vi 90 day challenge. That shake tastes like cake batter! I love it.

You made it all make perfect sense! I just hate that my BMR is like 1282 but to lose weight I am at a goal of about 1500 kcal/day. I couldn't live eating 1282 calories a day (half-joking). I have an appetite!! LOL

I wish my husband would workout with me! He has PT early every morning before work that he does with his Marines, he runs them and do circuits, plyometrics, etc. That's enough of a workout for him so he never feels like a 2nd workout with me. holy MOLY being on my feet for 7 hours straight playing with kids all day, pushing them in swings, playing tag, eating fruits and veggies at snack time, and pushing buggies with 6 toddlers in them for a couple hours should be a workout on MFP!!!!! I am definitely feeling it! LOL
