Calories burned while standing, moving, playing w/ children
On MFP it tells me for about 8 hours I would burn 2,000 calories while standing (I weigh 123 lbs.) I teach at a pre-school and am literally on my feet for 8 hours. Recovery after a big dinner/drinking night
So last night we went out to celebrate our friend's birthday and we had AMAZING Italian food and then went out for drinks. When a craving attacks
What do you do? I am craving cake so bad and of course my husband wanted me to make him a strawberry cake w/ vanilla icing and now it's making me want it. I guess I will just give in and then go for a long walk. So what do you do when a craving hits? Give in? Or do you have a plan of retaliation? Lol.

Went over on my calories today and feel bummed!
We had pizza for dinner and I had 4 pieces (I was hungry!!) of veggie pizza....after eating dinner I added what I ate to my log for the day and ended up being over 118 calories :( how can I torch a quick 120 calories??

Injuries..
I dislocated my knee when I was 14 and again when I was 21. Same knee both times. I am now 23 and just recently it has been bothering me more than ever. I am going to the doctor Tuesday for a check up and plan on asking about it. Does anyone here have previous dislocated knee histories? What did you do to get past it?…
