I am starting the Self Magazine Drop 10 Challenge. It is a well-rounded plan that incorporates healthy eating and exercising over a 6 week period.....I need some buddies who are doing this or any challenge really. It's always easier with people doing it with you
Anyone wanna motivate each other? My goal is to tone my pudgy stomach and my arms. I am in my last 10 +/- lbs. and it is only going to get harder from here!!!!! LMK
