What do you do to lose the last 5 lbs and finish toning up?

I need help/advice! I am down to the last few pounds. I am trying to get rid of a bit of belly fat and tone my arms and thighs. For those of you who have reached your goal physique, how did you finish strong?

  • Yes and with you reminding me I should probably start bumping up those workouts. I do a ton of cardio!
  • Also been doing a lot more power walking on this big hill on the base my husband and I are stationed at. It really helps with thighs/butt!
