  • That's what I have been doing I go use the scale at the gym every week to weigh in before ive eaten or anything and try to wear light clothing. sometimes if its empty in the locker room ill take off my pants to get a more accurate weight lol

  • Wooohoo 123.8! I lost the .6 I gained plus another .2! Small steps but I am okay with that. It is harder to get rid of weight the smaller I get I am assuming my body is trying to hold onto the fat it has left but I have a couple pounds to spare! I am only 5 ft 2 lol

  • God I forgot to post..this weekend was CRAZY i worked fri-sun and babysat on the side friday night and saturday night. craziness! I stayed the same weight wise this last week. So I went from 128 to 124.4! Yay!!!!!!!
