Good point on not denying yourself. I'll just divulge my sweet tooth tonight. I plan on going for a long power walk in a bit anyway. And thanks for the compliment! That bikini has almost run ragged...I just keep putting off buying a new one. Trying to wait until I get back to my goal weight :)

So far today I have done 4 bridges lasting anywhere from 60-90 seconds each. Probably will do some more. I am feeling really motivated for some reason I think it's because I am so bloated and want to get rid of this ugliness, lol. TGIF everyone!

I had a really rough start to my morning....dog wouldn't shut up....thunderstorm....oh and mother nature bringing me my monthly "gift". I can feel my body being bloated. Not fair!! This weigh in will be distorted lol. I am about to go on a long walk with the pooch and do jumping jacks, push ups and a couple bridges. Blah!!

Oh my goodness I am so beat. I went running with my neighbors tonight....It was the first time I went running outside in months and we did a good 1 to 1.25 miles non-stop. Ugh I'll admit I didn't get in any jumping jacks in today. I did do my planks and I did an hour and 16 minutes of cardio at the gym not to mentiony friend and I walked to/from the gym so that's another 20 minutes total. I'll do some extra jacks tomorrow...my calves are so sore that even walkin hurts LOL.

Agreed on it being hard to get the 3x a day in with having a busy schedule...I find it easier to get all the planks in at once and do the jacks when I have a spare minute. Good luck being home alone with the kiddo!

So first thing today I weighed in and I lost 2 lbs! That puts me at 126! First time in a year I've weighed that. Lol I tell you what movig and putting together a house an watching a puppy 24/7 will do that!

Way to go everyone!! This is great! I woke up today with a TERRIBLE migraine and almost thought of cancelling my plans to go walking and stay in bed instead. Well I got my butt up, took soom aspirine and got moving! Did my 20 pushups and power walked for 62 minutes! Have a great weekend!

MMMM pizza is right!! Well I went walking for 25 minutes and burned 92 more cals. It gets harder to burn calories the more you lose! Tomorrow I will go extra hard. Thanks for the support guys and gals :)
