You know those inclined benches where the top of your body isn't supported and you do basically....reverse situps. You put your hands behind your head and lower your top half down then up. It is like a sit up for your back. They help tone that area.

Plan a new workout that you haven't done before. Tell yourself you are just going to do it for a few minutes and you can quit if you want. Odds are you will just finish the workout.

My husband is very supportive, but it isn't always a good thing. He supports me if I want to workout 3 hours a day and eat a pile of vegies....but he also supports me if I want a heeping bowl of ice cream, a pizza and a nap. The jerk. lol

This was my first weigh in since I started 10 days ago. Down 2lbs although I think I'm down a little more because I gained a few pounds right before I started, but didn't bother changing the starting weight. Anyway.... Every Friday sounds good to me.
