im embarassed enough with it hahah. even worried my own wife will see me wearing it ahhaahha. no pictures. but it does help stop sweat dripping all over the floor. will think about getting a bandanna instead. that might work even better.

just work for your food. 45 mins of circuit training and you can chow down a big mac and it wouldnt do much damage. or as another poster mentioned. just dont expose yourself to those foods each day and make your healthy foods more delicious. plain salads suck.

i dont count sodium. in my opinion, it is not as important as focusing on protein, carb, fat macros.

currently doing insanity. so HIIT 5 days a week (with a rest day and one 'lite' recovery workout). on rest days i brisk walk 5km or more. try to average about >5000 cals burned per week.

i dont plan but it usually ends up being 2 meals a day and snacking in between when i get the munchies.

sushi rocks. but reducing carbs makes me leave sushi for special occassions. luckily though.... sashimi frickin rocks too!

drink some casein protein right before ending your fast. its apparently slow absorbing. so it should last a few hours in your system. as compared to whey which is absorbed very fast. never used it though. so you can google about it.

i suggest to just do the workout. or if your time is really pressed you can grab/youtube the insanity fast and furious workout.

i use ON whey double choc. pretty good taste and mixes well which is great since i can save time in pulling out/washing the blender. and already includes BCAA's.

do you need to run outside? cant you just buy some weights or exercise dvds and do a home workout? i'm a bloke and damn if i'd be running outside at 5am alone in the dark.

any of the citrus type fruits should alter the water flavour in a decent way. but for me still doesnt taste as good as plain water...

i eat back half of my exercise cals and not all since the exercise cals in MFP can be flawed and i dont have an HRM.
