eat all the calories! but i reduce the number of exercise calories that MFP estimates by 30%. seems to work pretty well.

i think spanking has its place. i would prefer that than my mom looking at me with disappointment, a habit which a parent can easily carry on into adulthood. whereas for my family at least... my mom has stopped spanking us as we know better now.

i visited my family a while back and what can only be explained as a TWO week binge when i was back home. in the end i put on maybe 1.5lbs. i think your one night of going in the red is not gonna have much of an effect...

hard to say... but my most classic memories are from battle tanks/battle city/tank 1990, street fighter, sonic, samurai showdown. others i forget, but they all jumble into a great big gaming ball of nostalgia.

you would need to do more than 7 hours. more like 18-24 hours. edit: you can drink water, green tea and coffee and other very low calorie drinks. no protein shakes.

find an 'insanity' vid on youtube or something. dont need to follow the program full on, just do one of the videos when you want to work out. no weights or anything required.

dont need to track sugar too carefully unless you have a condition that requires it. just focus on the main macros fat, protein and carbs. enjoy the fruits and veggies but just cut down on added sugars like sugar you add into coffee, cakes, soda's, etc.

not sure about the guys thing and the sans chest hair. but for the ladies and the bronzing, i'd think its just the exercising is getting them out more thus the tan. lots of ladies start out walking and then jogging. so yeah. perhaps that? if i'd lost weight i'd probably just be more evenly tanned cause i'd be walking…

salam, ramadan kareem. i've been logging it as breakfast as it is in the AM. However, i'm probably gonna switch it up and move iftar to lunch and sahur to dinner... just because... well. too lazy to wake up and eat in the morning. iftar is at 8pm and sahur is at 3am. not the best of schedules.
