Processed foods will always give the body that 'empty' feeling quickly after meals. Stick to complex yet healthy foods. And eat tons of greens!!!!! Stay away from the processed bread at Subway. Have them make you a big salad and fill up all you want on the greenery!!!

That's okay for lunch, just add to your workout for the day. If I know I'm having a big lunch or dinner, I add a mile or two to a run or swim.
