hey, a few months ago i found out i'd lost 11lb without even knowing it. I felt so ood i binged on food and have now gained 9lb. Just starting to try and lose it. I know i'm not at the end of my goal bur necause its only a small amount i find it difficult to lose. All the best to you and hope you reach your goal soon :)

I'm Charlotte and i play Clarinet and Marimba. I lovde music and you can always find me plugged into my phone or iPod and/or singing very loudly and mostly out of tune

thanks for all the posts guys. I don't think i'm gonna follow the plan too strictly. I think I might exchange shakes for meals maybe two days a week (still calorie controlled) but just so i don't feel i'm not getting enough solid foods. Do you think this is a good idea?
