Mine says 175, but I weighed over 200 at the time. I currently weigh 133 so 42lbs less.

I completely agree!! To be honest, I hated Stretch 40 the first couple times I did it. It really grew on me though and I love how relaxed and refreshed I feel after. I've been done with the TF program for a couple months now and my fitness routine consists of circuit training and running, but I still use Stretch 40 weekly.

Me too! So glad I got this awesome deal with the advanced set. I believe it was a more rounded workout plan (with the weekly strength and stretch classes) and I got amazing results with my 20 weeks of Turbo. I love Stretch 40 and the Upper/Lower classes! That is a lot of similair cardio. If you want to do a hybrid, I would personally find a more strength based program to accompany Turbo. I know you'll get a fantastic workout with whatever you choose, but I believe mixing it up by doing a different type of exercise activity (weights, yoga, running whatever) would help you…

I weigh in once a week and just took my measurements per my Turbofire schedule.

I lost 9lbs the first month, 3lbs during month two, and 7lbs in the third. I did however lose the most inches (especially off my stomach) during the second month.

http://www.teambeachbody.com/get-fit/supergym/auto-schedule I'm not sure if that will work or if you have to be signed in to team beachbody and have Turbofire listed as your program, then you go to the auto-schedule in the supergym and it lists the different calanders.

1 is the prep schedule, I think 2 our from the old set of dvds and 2 from the new set? I don't know for sure though.
