I guess the newest version changed things up quite a bit and doesn't include Stretch 40, Upper 20 or Lower 20 anymore. Take time to stretch, rest and do the low-impact moves if you need. Make sure you are wearing the proper shoes something that has lateral support. Thanks and to answer you questions I did not follow a special diet. I just tried to add more fresh fruits and veggies and tried to keep my portions under control and junk food in moderation. I did Fire 45 EZ, CLX Burn Circuit 1 and Stretch 10 today. Tommorow is the last day of week 16, I should do measurements and pics again, I guess... but I purposely didn't lose weight this month, so I'm not sure how much of a change there will be.
