Friday: C25K and run around like a chicken with it's head cut off to get ready to leave for our off-roading trip. Saturday: Play in mud, hike, swim. fish. Sunday: Play in mud, drive home, clean children. Lol. Have a great weekend!

Love it! I have to see my fiance's ex wife regularly and I love looking great when I meet her to exchange the kids. (especially since I know she's "anti exercise". :)

I wish that I could help you out here but the truth is, I would LOVE to know the answer to this as well! My treadmill doesn't take into consideration my current weight or anything so I'm guessing that I'm actually burning more calories than what it tells me.

Artificial sweeteners aren't good for you, that much is true. I'm starting 'C25K' on Monday! Though I've been jogging on the treadmill for the last [almost] 2 months, running a mile still leaves me pretty winded. Thus, I've decided to start 'C25K'! I want to be ready to run a 5K by the beginning of next year. Good luck to you!

Jillian Michael's '30 Day Shred' doesn't require much at all and it'll kick your butt!

I LOVE my kettlebell! I have an 8 lb one from Danskin that came with a workout DVD. They really wind you but are really effective if you have the proper form. Also, I've been told that they burn anywhere from 10-20 calories a minute.

Almost 10 pounds in 10 days, yes. But the thing is, I am eating most of my calories! At the end of the day I usually have 200-400 calories left over. Suggestions? I know that the bigger you are, the more you will lose at first. Could that be it?

We're going four wheeling on Sunday and I know that I won't be able to get my 60 minute walk/run in. I just have to get over this guilty feeling that I get when I don't exercise! Thanks everyone!
