From 230 to 150 with PICS!

I started this journey in June 2010 at 230 pounds--without realizing I got that big. I could not believe at 22 I left myself get that far:

I was a size 18--pushing a 20 and miserable in my body

Halfway through my journey:

After one year:

But with using this site, I was able to find healthy ways and alternatives to eat. By eating all my exercise calories (yes every one--within 50 calories of all them) and using the Tony Little Gazelle, I was able to bring myself down to a healthy size and weight.

Now, I'm a solid size 8 in jeans, small/medium in tops, and even a small in dresses. I'm happy, healthy and while I still have a little bit left in my journey, I know that I have the tools to help me succeed:

    What a remarkable transformation and such a gift to your body !!! You look fabulous !!! Thanks for sharing. My story is similar. I, too, looked in the mirror one day and couldn't believe how bad I had let it get !!!! My outsides didn't match my insides any longer.... so I fixed it !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have 13 to go, so we are still in a similar state. Best of luck !!!!!!

    You look great! Keep up the good work!!! I know how you feel about not knowing that you had gotten up to that size! When I gained my weight I felt perfectly fine that is until I started looking at some pictures of myself, lol! Again, great job hun, a huge inspiration for me and best of luck to you!
