Yup. Mine lasts around that time too. Advice to topic starter: Avoid weighing yourself...a cheat meal means no peeking at your weight for a few days. Lol.

I work in an office and I am doing great. You have to find time for it now because you are not walking around like how you use to back then.

Hey! Don't be discouraged. You can do it. It's going to take a lot of determination in you to keep going. Don't let this little setback make you get frustrated. Record your food intake accurately and you should be well your way there.

Instead of olive oil, get coconut oil. It has polysaturated fat and is way healthier.

I just do it. I roll out of my bed and do it. I notice I am sleeping early now. I work 1st shift. So I wake up around 5-7 and work out for 30 minutes. When i get home from work I spend mommy time with my kids until they are asleep and then I go do some strength training with dumbbells

i'm 5'1 after birth i weighed 186 after a month in a half of working out I lost 13 lbs and went down from an 18 to a 16....although i refused to buy my size 18 pants lol. when I realize I fit in that size I got back on track on losing weight quick.

I have a desk job!! I tell myself no excuses so I wake up every morning before work to work out. :)

my motivation is my self esteem, confidence, clothes i want to wear, my family and just to get them to stop saying I AM THE OLDEST because I am so big and my older sister is so tiny!

Ask yourself again why you are doing this. Find time even if there seems to be no time at all. Roll out of bed if you have to. Don't think about the reasons why you can't.. You can do cardio workouts and you have to look at this way...you can burn so much calories in 30 minutes. Plus, it's only 30 minutes of your life…

I'm 23 and after having three kids I am ready to get rid of this body and get my old body back. It also hit me that I am getting older and I need to lose this weight fast while I still can!

I'm May and I am a full time mom and a full time work mom. I guess I am going to give this ago too and lets see if I can squeeze in time. My goal is to lose as much as weight as I can until I am under the "Obese" category!

Remember. 80% FOOD 20% EXERCISE. Looks like you are making an effort even when you have injuries and that is great news! Don't get discourage. I always tell myself, it didn't take you two months to gain all that. Be patient and result will follow!

If you want to get tone. Do strength training. I'm sure when you get home you do have sometime to yourself. Squeeze it in. No excuses. :)

No it's not bad, just don't have a good of nutrition as other rice. :) I'm asian and I still eat white rice once in a while. It's habit I don't think I can break. Lol

It definitely helps in keeping you healthy and your blood pressure down. I had two previous gestational diabetes pregnancy and with my third i was determine not to! So I drinked it like crazy and went to get it check my blood sugar was normal! :) Even if it doesn't have the benefit, drink it anyways. It's better than soda!…

30 minutes on elliptical I do the Cardio mode on it and on some days I switch it up so I won't get bored...I switch it with treadmill 1 min run 1.5 min rest.
