First you have to change your diet to healthy diets and count your calories as close as to your targeted calories. Try to eat more raw food instead of processed food. Also, just thought I'll throw this out there, Green tea is known to reduce iron and if you have low iron it might not be so good to drink so much but I am not sure on this. It's only a study I read.

diet green tea is good for you but at the same time it has sugar and fructose in it that isn't good for you if you drink so much of it. It's better off to go brewed.

It takes a lot of time. You have to figure out if you are exercising enough and if you are taking enough food or taking too much food. Also, try doing some cardio workouts.

Good for you! I haven't been sick for a while and I work at a school! Lol. Anyways, I drink one big cup in the morning (replacement of coffee) and I drink about two-three cups during the day.

From what I heard from trainers is that if you do have a "Cheat" day do not feel guilty about it and then over work yourself the next day. yes processed food taste oily to me and I can't seem to contain it in my stomach as much it feels and taste disgusting lol.

I drink green tea only. I drink it in the morning in replacement for coffee and I drink it at night twice.

I am hydrated. I drink about 5-8 cups a day. I sometimes take prune juice but not much help. I try flax seed but doesn't work as much as well. I haven't tried magnesium yet and fiber supplements. I'm looking more into greek yogurts! If that doesn't work I'll go into mangesium. thanks for the help!

You are doing great but for greater results and fast fat loss try more cardio workouts instead of just jogging and running. Cardio workouts gives you an afterburn. So if you are on a treadmill instead of running 5 miles straight. Try doing 2 minutes fast run and 1 minute walk... HIIT TRAINING IS GOOD FOR U too. TRUST ME.…

Well, even if it's just 20 calories. You can try working out by going really fast as you can (which will get your heart rate up) lift your knees high. It'll look like high knees jump.
