Feel free to add me too!

I'm in agreement with a lot of other posts- you can do each muscle group several times a week- maybe do all upper body one day and all lower the next, fitting in 3 of each each week. Try different exercises for the biceps, or do the ones you've been doing, but pyramid them- that's something like do 12 reps with really…

That is amazing! Congrats on your awesome accomplishment from all your hard work!
-
although i weigh in a lot, i only track it once a week, cause you can fluctuate 5 pounds a day
-
Keep up the good work! Also, remember not to just concentrate on the weight lost, but also look at your measurements- I'm sure they show a large difference since you started!

I love 'em, too, but just can't keep myself to only eating 2-3. Sigh. My low-cal go to is Reddenbacher's light bagged popcorn- you can eat an entire large bag of Kettle Corn for 280 calories, and it keeps you full forever. Also like sugar free jello.

From the back, you look like it's possible you're at your goal weight/muscle mass, which could be why you've stopped losing. Wasn't able to look at your food diet to give you suggestions because you have it closed....

having an apple and a glass of milk will put you over your sugar for the day, so don"t worry much about it!

Dips usually have WAY more calories than you think- stay away! Also, try to stick with water rather than juices or alcoholic drinks. Cheese cubes add up calories quickly- go for the obvious healthy stuff- fruits/veggies, etc. Good luck!

Hi Ladies! Haven't been abl to heck in here lately. Had a bad month last month- gained 10 pounds!!!! I got back on track last week, and met my weekly exercise goals for the first time in a while. Am starting this week off well, too- had bootcamp today and have eaten well. No more 10 pounds/month for me!! My goal is to…

I'm almost 30 weeks pregnant right now, and before conceiving, found the book "What to Expect Before you're Expecting" very helpful with tons of advice like you're looking for.

Hi ladies! I'm 28 weeks today- hello 3rd trimester! I also decided not to get all of the extra tests done- basically they can tell you the odds of the baby having Down's Syndrome, etc., but nothing can be done about it if the baby does have problems. Since my hubby and I wouldn't consider an abortion anyway, we decided to…

Hey- question for you ladies.... Right before I got pregnant, I'd lost 40 pounds and exercised a LOT. Kind of got lazy over the summer and am now getting back into exercise, but now that I'm close to 3rd trimester, I get this crampy feeling in towards the bottom of my stomach when I exercise, even if I'm just walking. Has…

Hi Ladies! Congrats to Holly- glad both of you are doing well! Hmmm, baby showers- I have one planned 4 weeks before my due date, which is making me nervous, as it's so close to the due date and I worry about if the baby's early.... I think 2 months before the due date sounds like great timing- you'll still be "small…

Hi all! Hope you had a great Labor Day Weekend! I was working at my "summer" job for about 14 hours each day, so I'm glad to be back to teaching and "only" working 9 hours a day! Completely fell off the wagon on diet and exercise, but am starting fresh today! Last week, we received some baby gifts in the mail, and I was so…

Thanks for the advice, ladies! Yes, I'm a bit taller- 5'8", so apparently I have lots of space for the baby (although I have a really short torso, so we'll see!) You've all helped me feel a bit better, and I had my 25 week appointment today- baby's heartrate is 150, and the doc said I'm right on track for weight (gained 17…

Congrats! That's so great!!!

I can't believe it's September already! Why do the lovely months fly by and freezing months take forever? So everyone, when did you REALLY start to look like you were pregnant? I'm 5 1/2 months, (25 weeks), and pretty much just still look like I ate a bit too much at my last meal! I'm starting to get a little concerned, as…

So sorry to hear that- hope they find out what it is SOON and that it turns out to be nothing to be worried about!!

Good for you.... AND your hubby! Hope the brainwashing continues..... could there be some jewelry in your future? ;o)

Just keep at it, and you WILL see results. Be sure to log everything that goes into your mouth. Have you considered measuring different body parts to see if they're getting smaller? Sometimes I don't lose weight, but I've lost inches. Good luck, and keep at it!!!

Are you doing any strength training? That could give you a good upper body workout while resting your legs. Could do abs/arms on your days off running.

As another poster said, when you lose weight, you need fewer calories per day. MFP DOESN'T automatically adjust that for you- as you lose pounds, just go into your "goals" again. Don't change anything, just go all the way through and save. That will adjust your daily calories for you. Also, I've found that zig-zagging…

Wow, that's an awesome idea! Thanks for sharing!

Hi all! Hope you had a GREAT weekend! The weather here lately has been wonderful- no humidity and in the 70s, which is much better than our usual 80%+ humidity and temps in the 90s! Met my goal last week- did 50 more minutes of exercise than my weekly goal- haven't done that in forever. I forgot how addicting exercise can…

Hi Ladies! It's so good to catch up on how everyone is doing! Although they have a very tiny "department," I've found lots of great maternity clothes at Kohl's- stocked up when I got my last 30% off coupon. Of course, I was a little over-zealous and haven't needed any maternity clothes yet, so will be returning some to get…

Although I had to stop cutting calories because I'm pregnant, I instantly went "the other way" as soon as I found out- eating WAY more than I should, and not all the correct food choices, either! I got within 7 pounds of my final goal before finding out I was pregnant, and even at that point, was very nervous about…

Good for you for taking a negative situation and turning it into a more positive and healthy life for yourself!

Love it! Thanks for sharing! A while ago, our pastor did a sermon on temptation, and told us that anytime we're tempted, we should pray for God to help us resist the temptation. Don't really think he was talking about food, but it helped me! ;o)

Hi all! It's nice to see so many posts on here! MidniteDayDream- congrats on the ultrasound going well! I just had my 21 week u/s (the only one I'll have, unless there are issues), and it was so amazing to see that little being! OTM- yes, you should feel free to eat a variety of foods that you're wanting. I had so many…
