My goal is to look and feel good. I really judge myself through a mirror. When the clothes start fitting better and the pants size gets smaller yeah thats when I know im getting to where i want to be. I guess if i had to put a number on it i would like to get to about 175 with some nice tone muscles.

Started off at 220~222 lbs, After a month I lost 20 lbs with diet, exercise and supplements. Decided to eat a little bit more of the "junk" food cause its to damn good. So im loosing about 2 lbs a week.

That is true, I like to work with dumb bells to get my biceps toned and some chest press machines to also help tone that area, I'll keep that in mind when performing my workouts. Thanks for the reply guys, if anyone else has any more tips I'm all ears!
