Yeah same here I just wanted people's opinion and if it worked for anyone after reading about it I was just curious. I'm a paleo myself and lost 50lbs since I converted to that way of eating.

I Meant: Add vitamins if you fear your not getting the correct amount in your diet plan. I eat balanced meals daily under 1000 calories and my muscle tone is defined due to a high protein and fiber diet , so to me it's all about a balanced non processed non fried food diet, maybe the people that eat rubbish and under 1200…

Taking daily vitamins added to your diet can be beneficial as well! Specially to those who are paleo/have gluten intolerance as myself and eat under 1200 calories daily.

Sometimes I feel it's just all about balanced meals not calorie intake, staying away from processed foods and bad fats key word bad fats is the key to success in getting into shape and feeling healthy. There is a saying it takes fat to burn fat.

I did too at one point but always felt sick then found out being I was born with a tear in my stomach it caused great damage and I no longer can eat wheat or corn products and dairy I have to eat in tiny amounts and potatoes I am sickly allergic to as well So basically anything good I can't eat haha I've lost about 50 lbs…

I eat really healthy organic lean meat, salmon, fresh greens, fresh vegetables and limit condiments to iodized salt and cracked pepper and only use olive oil to cook with . I do struggle eating enough calories but that's because I don't eat gluten or anything containing corn syrup and avoiding candy, ice cream and sugar…

I try to have a good balance being I burn more calories then I consume but would say I eat more protein then anything else and try to keep my carbs under 60 g a day
